What are Wyoming Registered Agent Requirements?
In Wyoming a registered agent must meet these requirements:
- Wyoming Physical Address. The Wyoming registered agent must have a physical street address in Wyoming, known as the “registered office.” P.O. Boxes or other virtual addresses are not acceptable as the registered agent must be physically present at the registered office.
